Imagine that we only know two languages, which are not enough to understand a Message that we just received in Outlook; We only know our native Language and not another one, and the Message that we just received is very important; What do we do; This is where the Microsoft Translator Add-In makes its appearance, where we have the opportunity to translate our Message in 60 different languages.
A new feature that has arrived in Microsoft Outlook 365 is that we can now Read Email In Our Preferred Language. Now we can translate the E-Mail Message without leaving Outlook. All we have to do is to turn on the Translator Add-In, and we can Translate the Message with a single click. There are 60 languages available to choose from. In order to activate the Translator, all you need to do is to continue reading.
First we must visit the Microsoft Office Store, where we find the Microsoft Translator For Outlook. We notice that it is Free and we then press the Add button to continue adding the Add-In in our Outlook.
The next step is to Sign In with our credentials and then press the Next button to move on to the Next Step.
Once we have signed in with our Credentials, at the right we notice the Add An Add-In From The Office Store task pane. All we must do is to press the Install button to continue or to press the Cancel button to cancel the procedure.
Once we press the Install button, after a while, we are notified that we Have Added An Add-In For Outlook and a brief description of how to use our New Add-In.
Once we have successfully installed our Add-In, we have to Open an E-mail message that we need it to be translated. In the next image, I have opened an E-Mail Message, and then once the Message tab is selected, we move the right area of the ribbon and select the command Translate Message as shown. In the image below, the Message is composed with the English Language.
Once we select the Translate Message command, straight away the Translator Task Pane appears at the right of the screen as shown below. In the Translator Task Pane, we can choose in which language we want to Translate the Message to. All we have to do is to select the arrow next to the command Translated To:, where the drop down menu appears and we select the desired language. In my example, I have selected the Greek Language, and straight away the Message is Translated.
