Sometimes it may occur to us, when we are working in an Excel Workbook for the Horizontal or Vertical Scroll bar not to be displayed. We may even cannot see the Sheet Tabs, or even nor the Objects that we know exist in our Workbook. What has happened? All will be explained in the post described below.
First we must open the Workbook that these instances are happening. Then we must select the File tab in order to move to Backstage View. Once in Backstage View, from the drop down menu that appears from the left, we must select the category Options as shown in the image below.
Once the Advanced category is selected, we must navigate with the scroll bar which is located at the right of the dialog box in order to find the area in the Excel Options window which mentions the following as shown in the image below:
Display Options For This Workbook
Under this area we have available the following commands in order to activate or to deactivate, depending how we want our Workbook to be displayed.
Show Vertical Scroll Bar: The Vertical Scroll Bar will be displayed or not in our Workbook
Show Sheet Tabs: The Sheet Tabs will be displayed or not in our Workbook
Group Dates in the AutoFilter Menu: The Full List of Dates will be displayed or not in the AutoFilter Menu
For Objects Show: Objects will be displayed or not in the Workbook
Nothing (Hide Objects)
