We all know that we can Create a Video from our PowerPoint Presentation. We know that a video grabs the attention quicker, rather than turning Slides. It breaks up the monotony of continuous Slides, it provides compelling content and it helps the audience relate to our material. In a previous post of mine, I described Create an MP4 Video From Our PowerPoint 13 Presentation. The difference now is that we have a new quality that we can use in order to Export our Video. This new quality is Ultra HD (4K). The resolution used for PowerPoint Presentations and 4K Monitors is called UHDTV 4K and 3840 x 2160 pixels. Just continue reading in order to find out How To Export Our PowerPoint Presentation into a Video Ultra HD.
First of all we must select the File tab in order to move to Backstage View. Once in Backstage View, from the drop-down menu we select the category Export from the left as shown below. From the middle of the task pane and under Export, we select the command Create A Video.
From the right, and under Create A Video and under where it mentions the following:
Save Your Presentation As A Video That You Can Burn To A Disk, Upload To The Web, Or Email.
Includes All Recorded Timings, Narrations, Ink Strokes, And Laser Pointer Gestures.
Preserves Animations, Transitions, And Media
Beneath, we have the drop-down menu with all the available qualities that we are able to Export our Video. These qualities are the following as mentioned in a previous post of mine:
Full HD (1080p) – Large File Size And Full High Quality (1920 x 1080)
HD (720p) – Medium File Size And Moderate Quality (1280 x 720)
Standard (480p) – Smallest File Size And Lowest Quality
The latest quality that is available in PowerPoint in order for us to Export our Video is Ultra HD (4K) – Largest File Size And Ultra High Quality (3840 x 2160)
Another way to Export As A Video our Presentation is to use the Recording tab, and from the right area of the ribbon and under the Save area is to use the Export To Video command as shown in the image below. Once we select the command, we use the same steps as described above.
