How To Send Your Feedback in Office 365

The Feedback that we can share with Microsoft Office are the following categories. To find these options we just need to start a Microsoft Office Application, and then move to Backstage View, and from the drop-down menu that appears we select the category Feedback from the left.

  • Send A Smile: I Like Something – It’s Nice To Know When We’ve Made A Positive Change.
  • Send A Frown: I Don’t Like Something – If Something’s Not Right We’d Like To Know So We Can Fix It.
  • Send A Suggestion: I Have A Suggestion – Do You Have An Idea For A New Feature Or An Improvement?

In the next image, I have Microsoft Word application running, and then I have selected the File tab, to move to Backstage View. Once in Backstage View, from the drop-down menu from the left we select the category Feedback as shown below. Then we have the available options described previously to select from.

Feedback - I Like Something

In the next image, I have Microsoft Excel application running, and then I have selected the File tab, to move to Backstage View. Once in Backstage View, from the drop-down menu from the left we select the category Feedback as shown below. Then we have the available options described previously to select from.

Feedback - I Don't Like Something

In the next image, I have Microsoft PowerPoint application running, and then I have selected the File tab, to move to Backstage View. Once in Backstage View, from the drop-down menu from the left we select the category Feedback as shown below. Then we have the available options described previously to select from.

Feedback - I Have A Suggestion

In the next image, I have Microsoft Outlook application running, and then I have selected the File tab, to move to Backstage View. Once in Backstage View, from the drop-down menu from the left we select the category Feedback as shown below. Then we have the available options described previously to select from.

In Outlook we have a fourth option also, which is Stay Current With Outlook News. By selecting this command, we can Read The Outlook Blog To Learn About The Newest Features On Our Desktop, On Our Browser and Our Phone.

In the next image I have selected the command Send A Smile – I Like Something, where then the Feedback task pane appears at the right of our Application. In this task pane we can write in text pane area what we Like. We can also include a Screenshot if we want to, by activating the check box, and we can also activate the check box next to the command You Can Contact Me About This Feedback. We then fill in our Email if yes, and then press the Submit button and we are done.

Feedback - I Like Something

In the next image I have selected the command Send A Frown: I Don’t Like Something, where then the Feedback task pane appears at the right of our Application. In this task pane we can write in text pane area what we Don’t Like. We can also include a Screenshot if we want to, by activating the check box, and we can also activate the check box next to the command You Can Contact Me About This Feedback. We then fill in our Email if yes, and then press the Submit button and we are done.

Feedback - I Don't Like Something

In the following image I had Microsoft Word Application running, and then I selected the command Send A Suggestion: I Have A Suggestion. Once selected, a Web Page appears, and we are transferred automatically to the Word for Windows (Desktop Application) Suggestion Site. There we just type in our Suggestion and then submit it. Simple as that.
