In Microsoft Office applications we have access to our Recent Documents, Workbook or Presentations. Recent items display the last few Documents, Workbooks or Presentations we opened in the program, so we can use those links quickly to access the Files. We also have the Pinned Items List, where we can pin Documents, Workbooks or Presentations so we can have quick access to those Files. The Pinned Items List is like a collection of shortcuts of Files that we use more frequently. Finally, we have the Shared By Items List, where we can share a Document, Workbook or Presentations so more than two people can open and modify at the same time.
