There are times in a Slide Show Presentation when we need Help or we are in need of a Shortcut Key to Zoom Out Of A Slide so we can impress the audience. What do we do? Well, we don’t ask the audience that’s for sure. All needed to be done is to press the F1 key on our keyboard and the rest is simple. In the image below, I have started the Slide Show Presentation. Once in Slide Show all we need to do is to press the F1 button on our keyboard. Immediately, the Slide Show Help dialog box appears which contains Five Tabs and which are the following:

General:

  • ‘N’ Left Click, Space, Right or Down Arrow, Enter or Page Down: Advance To The Next Slide or Animation
  • ‘P’, Backspace, Left or Up Arrow, or Page Up: Return To The Previous Slide or Animation
  • ‘G’, ‘- ‘, or Ctrl+ ‘-‘: Zoom Out Of A Slide; See All The Slides
  • ‘+’, or Ctrl+ ‘+’: Zoom In A Slide
  • Number Followed By Enter: Go To That Slide
  • Esc, or Ctrl + Break: End Slide Show
  • Ctrl + S: All Slides Dialog
  • ‘B’ or ‘.’: Blacks/ Unblacks The Screen
  • ‘W’ or ‘,’: Whites/ Unwhites The Screen
  • ‘J’: Turn Live Subtitles On/Off
  • ‘S’: Stop/Restart Automatic Show
  • ‘H’: Go To Next Slide If Hidden
  • Hold Both The Right And Left Mouse Buttons Down For 2 Seconds: Return To First Slide
  • Ctrl + T: View Task Bar
  • Ctrl + H/U: Hide/Show Arrow On Mouse Move
  • Ctrl + Down/Up, or Ctrl+ Page Down/Page Up: Scroll Notes in Presenter View
  • Shift + Left or Shift + Up: Return To Previous Zoom Slide

Rehearse or Record Shortcuts:

Only one shortcut key is available. By pressing R we Re-record Slide Narration and Timing.

Media: Here we are notified to Hover On Or Tab To Media To Enable.

The Shortcut Keys are the following:

  • Alt+P: Media- Play/Pause
  • Alt+Q: Media – Stop Playback
  • Alt+HOME/END: Go To Previous/Next Bookmark
  • Alt+Down/Up: Media- Volume Down/Up
  • Alt+Shift+Left/Right: Media – Skip Backward/Forward
  • Alt+U: Media – Mute/Unmute
  • Alt+J: Media – Show/Hide Audio And Subtitles Menu

Ink/ Laser Pointer:

  • The Ink Markup And Laser Pointer Shortcuts are the following:
  • Ctrl+P: Change Pointer To Pen
  • Ctrl+I: Change Pointer To Highlighter
  • Ctrl+A: Change Pointer To Arrow
  • Ctrl+E: Change Pointer To Eraser
  • Ctrl+M: Show/Hide Ink Markup
  • E’: Erase Drawing on Screen
  • Ctrl+L, or Hold Down The Ctrl Key And Press The Left Mouse Button: Change Pointer To Laster Pointer

The Touch Gestures shortcut keys are the following:

  • Swipe Forward: Advance To The Next Slide or Animation

  • Stretch: Zoon In A slide
  • Tap: Show/Hide Slide Show Taskbar
  • Double Tap: Zoom In/Out Of A Slide
