Στο Microsoft Word μπορούμε να Εισάγουμε Βίντεο Online για να τα παρακολουθήσουμε απευθείας μέσα από το Έγγραφό (Document) μας χωρίς να φύγουμε καθόλου. Για τη διαδικασία Εισαγωγής Βίντεο Online είναι απαραίτητη να είμαστε συνδεδεμένοι στο Διαδίκτυο (Internet). Το Βίντεο (Video) θα αναπαραχθεί απευθείας από την Τοποθεσία Ιστού (Website) του Βίντεο (Video) καθώς θα έχει και όλα τα στοιχεία ελέγχου της ιστοσελίδας για Αναπαραγωγή (Play), Παύση (Pause), Συνέχιση (Resume), Ένταση (Volume) κτλ. How To Use The Improved Feature Insert Videos Online in Microsoft Word?
In Microsoft Word we can Insert Online Videos that we can watch directly from within our Document without leaving at all. For us to Insert a Video we must be connected to the Internet and notice that the Video will play directly from the Website and it also has available the Site’s controls for Playing, Pausing, Resuming, Volume and etc. I had mentioned in a previous post of mine about how to Insert an Online Video in a Microsoft Word Document, post where you can find here. Now things have changed a little bit and its for the best, so this is why I am writing this post on How To Use The Improved Feature Insert Videos Online in Microsoft Word? All you must do is to keep on reading the post below.
We must select the Insert tab and from the middle of the ribbon we locate the area named Media as shown below. Once the Media area is located, we select the command Online Video, where we can Find and Insert Videos From A Variety Of Online Sources.
Once the Online Video command is selected, the Insert Video dialog box appears where we must Enter The URL Or Embed Code For the Online Video in the text pane area as shown below. We are also notified that Online Video Use Is Subject To The Video Provider’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
In the image below, I have inserted the URL of the Video that I want to Insert in my Microsoft Word Document. You can either type in the address or copy and paste it. Once we have inserted the URL, the Insert button gets activated where we just simply press it.
That is, it. The Video that we had chosen has been inserted in our Document as shown in the image below. All we need to do is to press the Play button for our Video to start playing.
In the next image I have selected to play the Video and once done, the Video appears as a pop-out on top of our Document. All the rest, like the background has gone darker so we can concentrate on the playing of the Video. Once we have finished playing the Video, all we need to do is to click outside the Video or press the Esc button on our keyboard so we can return to our Microsoft Word Document.
Keep in mind that not all Online Videos can be embedded in a Microsoft Word Document. We should check on the Video Site to find out if it can be embedded or not. So far Word supports Videos to be inserted in our Document from the following sites: Vimeo, YouTube and Slideshare.net.
