How To Merge Multiple Documents into One Document in Microsoft Word?

Πολλές φορές έχουμε δημιουργήσει διαφορετικά Έγγραφα (Documents) του Word, όπου σε κάποιο σημείο θέλουμε να τα συνδυάσουμε και να τα συγχωνεύσουμε σε ένα Νέο Έγγραφο (New Document). Όπως για παράδειγμα, ένα Συγγραφέας (Author) δημιουργεί και αποθηκεύει κάθε κεφάλαιο ξεχωριστά και φτάνει σε ένα σημείο όπου θέλει το κάθε Κεφάλαιο (Chapter) να Συγχωνευθεί (Merged) σας Ένα (One). Οι περισσότεροι από εμάς φαντάζομαι να δημιουργούσαν ένα Νέο Κενό Έγγραφο (New Blank Document) και έπειτα θα ανοίγαμε κάθε Κεφάλαιο (Chapter) ένα, ένα και θα χρησιμοποιούσαμε τις εντολές Αντιγραφή (Copy) και Επικόλληση (Paste) μέχρι που να δημιουργούνταν το Νέο Έγγραφο (New Document). Μία διαδικασία αρκετή κουραστική και χρονοβόρα. Πώς μπορούμε να το επιτύχουμε πιο γρήγορα και πιο απλά. Απλώς συνεχίστε να διαβάζεται την παρακάτω ανάρτηση.

How To Merge Multiple Documents into One Document in Microsoft Word?

Many times, we have created different Word Documents, where at some point we want to combine and merge them into one Document. For example, an Author creates and saves each chapter separately and at some point, the Chapters are needed to be Merged as One. Many of us, would have created a New Blank Document and then would have opened each other Document one by one and then using the Copy and Paste commands they would have used it until the New Document was created. A very time-consuming procedure. How can it be accomplished faster and easier; Just keep on reading the post below.

We must select the Insert tab and from the right area of the Ribbon, we locate the area named Text. Once located, we select the icon Object as shown below, where we can Insert An Embedded Object Or Text From Another File Into Our Document. (If we hover over the icons located in area Text we will have a brief description of what each command does).

In the image below, we have a close up of the Text area of the tab Insert where we can also see the Object command and it’s brief description.

Once we select the command Object, a drop-down menu appears containing two commands which are Object and Text From File. For this post, we will be using the Text From File command, where we can Insert The Text From A File Into Our Publication. We are also notified that If We Have A Text Box Selected, The Text Will Be Added To The Selected Text Box, Otherwise, A New Text Box Will Be Created.

Once we select the Text From File command, the Insert File dialog box appears as shown in the image below. In the image below, I have selected Four different Documents to be Inserted in a New Blank Document as one. To select continuous items in a dialog box, we use the Shift key from our Keyboard and to select non continuous items in a dialog box, we use the Ctrl key from our Keyboard. According to the order we select our Documents, that is the way that they will be inserted in our Document.

In the image below, we can see how the Four Different Documents have been Merged into a New Document. A procedure quite simple and fast. No more use of the Copy and Paste command for us. Just a few clicks away.

How To Find Synonyms in a Microsoft Word Document?

Έχετε ποτέ ‘κολλήσει’, ψάχνοντας να βρείτε ένα Συνώνυμο (Synonym) για μία Λέξη (Word) μέσα στο Έγγραφο (Document); Επαναλαμβάνεται μία Λέξη (Word) αρκετές φορές μέσα σε στο Έγγραφο (Document) και θέλετε να το αντικαταστήσετε αλλά να μην χάσετε το νόημα της φράσης. Εδώ κάνει την εμφάνισή του ο Θησαυρός (Thesaurus) μέσα στο Microsoft Word. Ένα εργαλείο, το οποίο είναι σαν ένα βιβλίο το οποίο περιέχει λέξεις σε ομάδες από Συνώνυμα (Synonyms) και συ σχετιζόμενες έννοιες, όπου και μπορούμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε εύκολα μέσα στο Έγγραφο (Document). How To Find Out The Upcoming Features in Microsoft Office Applications?

Are you one of the persons that can’t wait to see what new features will be available in Microsoft Word? Can’t wait to find out what the minds in Microsoft will be sharing with us in the upcoming updates in Microsoft Excel or PowerPoint? What will be soon available in Microsoft Outlook? Well, you don’t have to worry anymore. Microsoft has thought about us. This is where Upcoming Features appears, where we can have a preview of the Upcoming New Features that will become available in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. To find out more, just keep on reading the post below.

How To Find What You Want In Office

At the top right corner of the Microsoft Word Application next to the Owners Name, we hover over the small icon located there. Once we are over it, we see the notification dialog box mentioning the following:

  • Upcoming Features. Try It Now: Learn More About Features Coming Soon And Share Feedback.

All we need to do is to select the command.

Upcoming Features in Microsoft Office 365

Once selected the Coming Soon task pane appears at the right as shown in the image below. Here we are notified with the following:

  • Occasionally, We’ll Release A New Feature In Office That Changes The Look, Feel, Or Functionality Of Office. Coming Soon Gives You A Window Of Time To Try These Changes On Your Own Schedule, Learn About Them, And Share Feedback With Us Before The Changes Are Released To All Customers.

A new feature that is available now and will be briefly described in this post is the Microsoft Search feature. What does this new feature do?

  • We Can Search For Commands, People, Files, Photos, Web Articles And More With Microsoft Search.

All we need to do is to activate the command by switching the button On or Off. Once we switch it either On or Off, we must restart the application for the command to take place.

In the image below, I have activated the Microsoft Search command, and straight away, we notice on the Title Menu of the Microsoft Word Application the Search Text Pane area. In this area we can Just Start Typing Here To Bring Features To Your Fingertips and Get Help.
