Πώς Να Αλλάξουμε Μία Εικόνα Σε Διαφάνεια Του PowerPoint 365
How To Change A Picture In A PowerPoint 365 Slide
Πολλές φορές έχουμε εισάγει μία Εικόνα (Picture) σε μία Διαφάνεια (Slide) σε μία Παρουσίαση (Presentation) του PowerPoint, όπου και την τελευταία στιγμή αλλάζουμε την άποψή μας για την συγκεκριμένη Εικόνα (Picture). Τι κάνουμε; Εδώ κάνει την εμφάνισή του η χρήσιμη λειτουργία Αλλαγή Εικόνας (Change Picture) που είναι διαθέσιμη στο PowerPoint 365, όπου και μπορούμε να αλλάξουμε την Εικόνα (Picture) σε λίγα δευτερόλεπτα. Το μόνο που χρειάζεται να κάνετε, είναι να διαβάσετε την παρακάτω ανάρτηση.
How To Change A Picture in a PowerPoint 365 Slide
Many times, we have inserted a Picture in a Slide on our PowerPoint Presentation and the last minute we change our mind about that Picture. What do we do? Well PowerPoint 365 has a quite easy and helpful feature available where we can Change the Picture in just a couple of seconds. All you need to do, so you can find out how it works is to continue reading this post.
Once we select an image in PowerPoint that we have inserted in our Slide, the Picture Tools main tab is activated. The Format tab also appears on the ribbon as shown in the image below. Once the Format tab appears and is activated, we locate the area of the ribbon named Adjust which is at the left area of the ribbon.
In the area Adjust of the Format tab, we locate the command Change Picture as shown in the image below. By using this command, we can Remove Or Replace the Selected Picture, While Maintaining The Size And Position Of The Picture Object.
If we select the arrow at the right of the Change Picture command, the drop-down menu will appear with all the available options for us to use and which are the following:

From A File: By selecting this command we can browse for a picture from our computer or local network. Once selected, the Insert Picture window will appear, where we just locate the picture that we want.

From Online Sources: By selecting this command, we can browse for a picture from a variety of online sources. Once selected, the Online Pictures window will appear, where again we just select the picture that we want.

From Icons: By selecting this command, we can choose an icon from the Icon Gallery. Once selected the Icon Gallery window will appear, where we just select the icon that we want.
From Clipboard: By selecting this command, whatever we have copied in our Clipboard, will be inserted and replaced the existing image in our PowerPoint Slide.
I believe that it is a very easy and quick way to replace an Image in a PowerPoint Slide. The same procedure is the same to change a Picture in the Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook applications.

Αληθής (Truth) ή Ψευδής (False)!!!
True or False, this is the question?
Αυτή είναι μια πραγματική ερώτηση, όταν πρόκειται να το συναντήσουμε στο Excel, όπου εδώ κάνει την εμφάνιση του η Συνάρτηση (Function) If και η καινούργια Συνάρτηση (Function) IFS. Τι ακριβώς κάνουν αυτές οι Συναρτήσεις όμως;
Η Συνάρτηση (Function) IF ελέγχει εάν μία συνθήκη ικανοποιείται, όπου και επιστρέφει μία τιμή εάν είναι Αληθής (True) και επιστρέφει μία άλλη τιμή εάν είναι Ψευδής (False). Με άλλα λόγια, πρόκειται για μία λειτουργία η οποία ελέγχει οποιαδήποτε συνθήκη, όπου εάν αυτή η συνθήκη αποδειχτεί Αληθής (True) επιστρέφει μία προκαθορισμένη τιμή, ωστόσο εάν η συνθήκη είναι Ψευδής (False), επιστρέφει μία διαφορετική προκαθορισμένη τιμή.
Η Συνάρτηση (Function) IFS, ελέγχει εάν πληρούνται μία ή περισσότερες συνθήκες και επιστρέφει μία τιμή που αντιστοιχεί στην πρώτη Αληθή (True) συνθήκη. Η Συνάρτηση (IFS) μπορεί να πάρει την θέση των πολλαπλών (nested) σύνθετων IF Συναρτήσεων (Function), και είναι πολύ πιο εύκολα να αναγνωστεί με πολλαπλές συνθήκες.

When it comes in Excel, it is certainly the question, and this is where the IF Statement and the brand new IFS Statement appears. What do they do?
The IF Function checks whether a condition is met, returns one value If True and another value If False. In other words, it is an instruction that checks any condition, and if that condition is to found to be TRUE then it returns a predefined value however, and if the condition is FALSE, it returns a different predefined value.
The IFS Function checks whether on or more conditions are met and returns a value that corresponds to the first TRUE condition. The IFS Function can take the place of multiple nested IF statements, and it is much easier to read with multiple conditions.

New Feature Stock and Geographic Types in Excel 365
Ένα νέο χαρακτηριστικό διαθέσιμο στο Excel 365 για να λάβουμε Δεδομένα Μετοχών και Δεδομένα Γεωγραφικά (Stock and Geographical Data). Το μόνο που χρειάζεται να κάνουμε είναι να καταχωρίσουμε σε Κελί (Cell) τα δεδομένα και να το μετατρέψουμε σε Τύπο Δεδομένων Μετοχών (Stocks Data Type) ή σε Τύπο Δεδομένων Γεωγραφικά (Geography Data Type). Οι Τύποι Δεδομένων Μετοχών και Γεωγραφικών (Stock and Geography Types) θεωρούνται συνδεδεμένοι Τύποι Δεδομένων (Data Types) επειδή είναι συνδεδεμένοι σε μία Πηγή Δεδομένων Online (Online Data Source). Αυτή η σύνδεση μας επιτρέπει να έχουμε στη διάθεσή μας ενδιαφέροντες πληροφορίες που μπορούμε να επεξεργαστούμε και να δουλέψουμε. Όλοι μας έχουμε κάποιες Ιδέες (Ideas) για το τι να κάνουμε με τα Δεδομένα (Data) μας σε ένα Φύλλο Εργασίας (Spreadsheet) του Excel. Σκεφτόμαστε αρκετά σκληρά, αφιερώνουμε αρκετό χρόνο και με λίγα λόγια αρκετή προσπάθεια για το πώς να αναπαραστήσουμε οπτικά τα Δεδομένα (Data) στο Φύλλο Εργασίας (Spreadsheet) τέλεια. Λοιπόν, δεν πρέπει να στεναχωριόμαστε πλέον, γιατί το Excel 365 έχει κάνει την ίδια σκέψη με μας για το πώς να κατανοήσουμε τα Δεδομένα (Data) μέσω υψηλού επιπέδου οπτικές περιλήψεις, τάσεις και μοτίβα. Το μόνο που πρέπει να κάνουμε είναι να κάνουμε ένα κλικ σε ένα κελί που περιέχει δεδομένα ή να την επιλέξουμε όλοι την περιοχή, και με τη χρήση της εντολής Ιδέες (Ideas), το Excel θα αναλύσει τα δεδομένα μας και θα επιστρέψει ενδιαφέρουσες τιμές για αυτές. New Ideas Function in Excel 365
Suddenly, we all have Ideas in what to do with our Data in an Excel Spreadsheet. We think hard, waste a lot of time and put in general, a lot of effort on how to represent visually our Data in our Spreadsheet perfectly. Well we don’t have to worry anymore, because Excel 365 has had the exact thought on how to help us understand our Data through high-level visual summaries, trends and patterns. All we need to do is to simply click on a cell in a data range, or select the whole data range, and with the use of the Ideas command, Excel will analyze our data and return interesting values about it. In the image below, I have opened a Spreadsheet that contains data, where it is possible to use the Ideas command. I have selected the area needed, which contains the data needed for the Ideas command.
The Home tab of the ribbon must be activated where at the far right is located the Ideas area, where we select the Ideas command as shown below. The Idea command looks for patterns in our data that it can use to create intelligent and personalized suggestions.
Once the Ideas command is selected, the Ideas task pane appears at the right of our Spreadsheet as shown in the image below. The Ideas task pane appears showing us the different Graphical representations that it has created according to the Data that we had selected.
We can scroll down in the Ideas task pane in order to view all the other Graphical representations that it has created.
Once we have located on the Graphical representations or Chart in other words that it has created for us, at the bottom left corner of each Chart is located the command Insert Chart. Once we select the command Insert Chart, the Chart will be inserted in our Spreadsheet immediately as shown in the image below.
The Ideas command works much better with well organized data, that doesn’t contain any blank Rows or Columns. It also works better if the Data that we have in our Spreadsheet is formatted as an Excel Table. We should also make sure that we have good Headers for our Columns, where they should be in a single Row with non-blank labels for each Column. We should also avoid double Rows of Headers and Merged Cells.

Among other things that the LinkedIn Features are helpful and quite handy and which you will find out in later posts, the most exciting feature for now is the LinkedIn CV Assistant directly through Microsoft Word 365 and which will be described below.
CV Assistant in Microsoft Word 365 helps us create professional CV’s. It shows us examples of how real professionals update their professional fields, how they describe their work experience and their skills. All we need to do is look at their CV’s, get ideas from them and use them in our own Resume.
