Τώρα στο Microsoft Excel, έχουμε στη διάθεσή μας το Πρόσθετο (Add-in) Visio Data Visualizer, για να δημιουργήσουμε υψηλής ποιότητας Διαγράμματα Ροής και Οργανογράμματα (Organizational Charts) από τα Δεδομένα (Data) που έχουμε στο Φύλλο Εργασίας (Spreadsheet) του Excel. Απλώς επιλέγουμε το Διάγραμμα (Diagram), τροποποιούμε τα Δεδομένα (Data) που είναι συνδεδεμένα με το Γράφημα (Chart) και πατάμε στο κουμπί Ανανέωση (Refresh) του Πρόσθετου (Add-in) για να εφαρμοστούν οι αλλαγές. Δεν χρειαζόμαστε άδεια της Visio για να χρησιμοποιήσουμε το Πρόσθετο (Add-in), αλλά εάν θελήσουμε να το επεξεργαστούμε, να το εκτυπώσουμε και κάποιες άλλες λειτουργίες θα χρειαστεί να έχουμε μία Συνδρομή (Subscription). Now, in Microsoft Excel we have a available a Visio Data Visualizer Add-in for us to create high quality Visio Flowcharts, Organizational Charts from the Data that we have in our Excel Spreadsheet. Πώς Να Απο-επιλέξτε Μία Επιλογή Σε Φύλλο Εργασίας του Microsoft Excel;
Αρκετές φορές πιστεύω, όταν θέλουμε να επιλέξουμε πολλαπλά Κελιά (Cells) ή Περιοχές Κελιών (Cell Ranges) σε ένα Φύλλο Εργασίας (Spreadsheet) του Microsoft Excel, κατά λάθος επιλέγουμε ένα ή περισσότερα από αυτά που χρειαζόμασταν κατά λάθος. Τι κάνουμε συνήθως τότε; Ξανά αρχίζουμε πάλι από την αρχή, ευχόμενοι ότι αυτήν την φορά θα είμαστε πιο ακριβείς και πιο τυχεροί. Λοιπόν, δεν χρειάζεται να ανησυχούμε πια. Ανά πάσα στιγμή, μπορούμε να από-επιλέξουμε οποιαδήποτε Κελιά (Cells) μέσα στην Επιλεγμένη Περιοχή (Selected Range) απλώς με το πάτημα του πλήκτρου Ctrl του πληκτρολογίου μας. Απλώς πατάμε στο πλήκτρο Ctrl, και κάνουμε κλικ, ή κλικ και σύρσιμο για να από-επιλέξουμε Κελιά (Cells) ή Περιοχές Κελιών (Cell Ranges). Απλώς συνεχίστε να διαβάζετε παρακάτω για να μάθετε πώς.
How To Deselect Multiple Selections in a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet?
Many times, I believe, when we are selecting multiple Cells or Ranges of Cells in a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet, we accidentally select on or more that we didn’t mean to do. What did we usually do? We started all over again, wishing that we would be more accurate and luckier this time. Well, we do not have to worry any more. We can Deselect any Cells within the Selected Range by simply pressing the Ctrl Key button on our keyboard. We just press the Ctrl Key, and click, or click and drag to deselect Cells or Ranges of Cells. Just on keep on reading the post below to find out, how it can be done.
In the image below I have selected the Data that begins from the Cell A1 until the Cell D100 (which cannot be seen in the screenshot). I selected the first Cell and then by simply dragging my mouse I reached at the end of what I wanted to select. The range of Cells is from A1 until D100.
Now let’s say, that by accident I didn’t want some Cells to be selected. How can I deselect them and not by selecting them again from the beginning? As all the Cells are selected as shown below, I move my mouse over the first Cell that I want to be deselected and for my example is the Cell A2. I press the Ctrl button on my keyboard and then with my mouse I do a left click on the Cell A2. That is it. We follow the same procedure for the rest of the Cells that we want to be deselected, and all this just by holding the Ctrl button at the same time we do the left click on our mouse.
In the image below, while holding down the Ctrl key of my keyboard, I have deselected the Cells, B4, B11, B15, C10, C18, D5, D8 and D14. If we click with our mouse anywhere in the Spreadsheet without holding down the Ctrl key, all the Selections will be lost.

How To Use The XLOOKUP Function in a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet?
Υπάρχουν αρκετές Συναρτήσεις (Formulas) διαθέσιμες στο Microsoft Excel. Υπάρχουν Συναρτήσεις (Functions), συνδυασμοί Συναρτήσεων (Functions), περισσότερες από ότι μπορούμε να φανταστούμε. Θα θυμόμαστε βέβαια, ότι όταν ψάχναμε για μία Συνάρτηση (Function) για να αναζητήσουμε και για να αντλήσουμε δεδομένα μέσα από ένα Πίνακα (Table) χρησιμοποιούσαμε την Συνάρτηση (Function) VLOOKUP. Συνάρτηση (Function) η οποία έχει περιγραφεί σε προηγούμενη ανάρτηση και μπορείτε να τη βρείτε εδώ. Τώρα έχουμε τη διάδοχος της VLOOKUP η οποία είναι η Συνάρτηση (Function) XLOOKUP. Ονομάζεται έτσι, γιατί μπορεί να κάνει αναζήτηση και οριζοντίως και καθέτως. Έτσι μας επιτρέπει να κάνει αναζήτηση ένα στοιχείο σε μία περιοχή ή έναν πίνακα και να επιστρέψει το αποτέλεσμα που ταιριάζει.
Η Συνάρτηση (Function) XLOOKUP έχει Πέντε Ορίσματα (Arguments), όπου τα τρία πρώτα είναι απαραίτητα και τα τελευταία δύο είναι προαιρετικά. Τα τρία πρώτα απαραίτητα ορίσματα είναι τα εξής:

Τιμή_αναζήτησης (lookup_value): Τι Ψάχνουμε

Πίνακας_αναζήτησης (lookup_array): Πού Να Το Βρούμε
-
Πίνακας_επιστροφής (return_array): Τι Να Επιστραφεί
How To Use The XLOOKUP Function in a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet?
There are many Functions available in Microsoft Excel. There are Functions, combination of Functions, more than what we can think of. Remember when we were looking for a Function to lookup and retrieve data within a Table, and we used to use the VLOOKUP function. VLOOKUP Function that I described in a previous post of mine and you can find here. Well now the successor of the VLOOKUP Function is the XLOOKUP Function. It is named like this because it can search bother vertically and horizontally. It allows us to search for an item in a Range or Table and return the matching result.
The XLOOKUP Function has Five Arguments, where the first three are required and the last two are optional. The first three necessary arguments are the following:
