Στο Outlook, έχουμε τη δυνατότητα να διαχειριστούμε κάποιου άλλου ατόμου τα Μηνύματα (Mail) και τα Αντικείμενα Ημερολογίων (Calendar Items). Ο ένας τρόπος είναι να έχουμε Κοινή Χρήση Φακέλων (Shared Folders) και ο άλλος τρόπος είναι να εμπιστευτούμε κάποιον να ενεργήσει εκ μέρους μας. Με την Κοινή Χρήση ενός Φακέλου (Folder), επιτρέπουμε να έχουν πρόσβαση σε έναν ή περισσότερους Φακέλους (Folders). Αυτό δεν σημαίνει όμως, ότι όποιος έχει πρόσβαση στον Φάκελό (Folder) μας μπορεί να απαντάει σε Μηνύματα Ηλεκτρονικού Ταχυδρομείου (Mail Messages) εκ μέρους μας, ή να απαντάει σε Προσκλήσεις Σύσκεψης (Meeting Requests) για εμάς. Για να δουλέψει αυτό το χαρακτηριστικό θα πρέπει να έχουμε το Outlook για Office 365 για επιχειρήσεις ή άλλο λογαριασμό που βασίζεται σε Exchange. In Outlook, we can manage another person’s Mail and Calendar Items also. There are two ways to work with another person’s Outlook Folders: One way is by Sharing Folders and the other way is to entrust someone to act on your behalf. By sharing a Folder, we let other people to access one or more Folders. This doesn’t mean though, that a person who can access your Folder that can’t reply to Email Messages or respond to meeting requests for you. Τι είναι η Εκκαθάριση Συνομιλίας Στο Outlook; Μπορεί να μειώσει τον αριθμό των μηνυμάτων που βρίσκονται στον Φάκελο Αλληλογραφία (Mail Folder) μας. Ανεπιθύμητα Μηνύματα (Messages) μέσα από μία Συνομιλία (Conversation) μετακινούνται στον Φάκελο Διαγραμμένα Αντικείμενα (Deleted Items Folder).
Τι είναι όμως μία Συνομιλία (Conversation) στο Outlook; Είναι ένα πλήρες σύνολο μηνυμάτων ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου από το πρώτο κιόλας Μήνυμα (Message) και για όλες τις Απαντήσεις (Responses), όπου όλα τα Μηνύματα (Messages) έχουν το ίδιο Θέμα (Subject). Μία Συνομιλία (Conversation) είναι επίσης γνωστό και ως Νήμα Ηλεκτρονικού Ταχυδρομείου (Email Thread).
Τι κάνει; Μειώνει σημαντικά τον αριθμό των Μηνυμάτων (Message) στον Φάκελο Αλληλογραφίας (Mail Folder).

What is a Conversation in Outlook? Is a complete set of Email Messages from the first Message throughout all responses, where all the Messages have the same Subject. A Conversation is also known as a Email Thread.
What can it do? It reduces the number of Messages in our Mail Folder.

Πρόσθετο (Add-In): Λογισμικό που ενσωματώνεται σε ένα άλλο πρόγραμμα και προσθέτει δυνατότητες σ’ αυτό
Όταν ενεργοποιούμε ένα Πρόσθετο (Add-In), αυτό προσθέτει κάποιες προσαρμοσμένες εντολές και νέα χαρακτηριστικά στις εφαρμογές του Microsoft Office, που μας βοηθάει να αυξήσουμε την παραγωγικότητά μας. Υπάρχουν αρκετά Πρόσθετα (Add-Ins) στη διάθεσή μας για χρήση, άλλα είναι αρκετά χρήσιμα και άλλα όχι τόσο. Εάν θέλουμε εμείς να έχουμε τον έλεγχο για τα Πρόσθετα (Add-Ins) που είναι διαθέσιμα στο Microsoft Outlook, το μόνο που χρειάζεται να κάνετε είναι να διαβάσετε την παρακάτω ανάρτηση.

Add-in (noun): A device or piece of software that can be added to a computer to give extra features or functions
When we enable an Add-In, it adds custom commands and new features to our Microsoft Office programs, so it can help us increase our productivity. There are many Add-Ins available for us to use, some very useful and some not so much. If we want ourselves to take control over the Add-Ins that we have available in our Microsoft Outlook 365 application, all you need to do is to continue reading the post below.
We must select the File tab, so that we can move to Backstage View. Once in Backstage View, from the left we make sure that the category Info is activated as shown in the image below. Then under the Account Information area, we scroll down until we locate the area Manage Add-Ins.
In the image below, under the Account Information area, I have located the Manage Add-Ins command, where we can Manage And Acquire Web Add-ins For Outlook. All we need to do is to press the Manage Add-ins button at the left of the command.
Once the Manage Add-ins button is selected, a web-page is opened, where we are transferred to Outlook.live.com, where we have to Sign In by using our credentials.
Once we have Signed In to our Outlook Web Mail, the Outlook Options are activated and under the General area, the Manage Add-Ins category is activated. In the middle of window and under Manage Add-Ins we are informed that:
Add-Ins Are Built By Third Parties and Bring Additional Features To Your Outlook Experience. The Following List Shows Add-Ins That Have Been Installed.
If we want to activate or deactivate an Add-In, all we need to do is to select or deselect the check box which is located at the right of each Add-In that we have installed. At the far right of each Add-In, we have a brief description of what each Add-In does.
Just remember, that a Add-In can be very useful for us, but it can also be very dangerous depending on the Source that we obtained it from.

In the image below, I have Microsoft Outlook running. We can see the Ribbon with all the available tabs and commands.
In the top right corner of the ribbon below, the Minimize, Maximize and Close button, we can see the Coming Soon command. At the right of the command is the On and Off button, so we can use if we want to. What does the Coming Soon command do; We can Learn More About Features That Are Coming Soon And Share Feedback.
If we do Want To Learn More, all we need to do is to press on the command, and immediately the Coming Soon task pane appears as shown in the image below. Here we are notified with the following:
“Occasionally, We’ll Release A New Feature In Outlook That Changes The Look, Fell Or Functionality Of Outlook. Coming Soon Gives You A Window Of Time To Try These Changes On Your Own Schedule, Learn About Them, And Share Feedback With Us Before The Changes Are Released To All Customers”
