Πώς Να Χρησιμοποιείστε Τις Επιλογές Στυλ Πίνακα Στο Microsoft Excel;
How To Use The Table Styles Options in a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet?

How To Use The Table Style Options in a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet?
When we create Tables in a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet there are some options for us to use that have to do with the Style that we want for our Table. For example, we may want to or not to include the Header Row. There are other Style Options available for us to activate or to deactivate and which will be described in the post below.
First, we must have formatted our Data in the Spreadsheet as a Table, as shown in the image below. Once it is, the Table Design tab will automatically appear on the ribbon as we can see below. Once the Table Design tab is activated, we locate the area named Table Style Options.
In this area we have the following commands to activate or deactivate that has to do with the Table Style Options:
Header Row: A Header Row formats the top row of the Table. We can turn on or off the Header Row of the Table, by activating or deactivating the check box at the left of the command.
Total Row: The Total Row is a row at the end of the Table which displays Totals for each Column. We can turn on or off the Total Row of the Table, by activating or deactivating the check box at the left of the command.
Banded Rows: This Banding can make Tables easier to read. By Display Banded Rows, where even Rows are formatted differently from odd Rows. We can turn on or off the Banded Rows of the Table, by activating or deactivating the check box at the left of the command.
First Column: The First Column displays special formatting for the first Column of the Table.. We can turn on or off the First Column of the Table, by activating or deactivating the check box at the left of the command.
Last Column: The Last Column displays special formatting for the last Column of the Table. We can turn on or off the Last Column of the Table, by activating or deactivating the check box at the left of the command.
Banded Columns: The Banded Columns displays banded Columns in which even Columns are formatted differently from odd Columns. By activating this command, this banding can make Tables easier to read. We can turn on or off the Last Column of the Table, by activating or deactivating the check box at the left of the command.
Filter Button: Finally, we have the Filter Button, which once activated it displays the Filter button in the Header Row of each Column. We can turn on or off the Filter Button of the Table, by activating or deactivating the check box at the left of the command.
The choices are ours to make, depending on what we need and want.
