Microsoft Outlook?
Έχω περιγράψει σε προηγούμενη ανάρτηση μου τη διαδικασία Εξαγωγής Αντιγράφου του Ηλεκτρονικού μας Ταχυδρομείου στο Microsoft Outlook; Διαδικασία εξαγωγής η οποία περιέχει τα Μηνύματα Ηλεκτρονικού Ταχυδρομείου (Email Messages), τις Επαφές (Contacts) μας και το Ημερολόγιο (Calendar) μας, σε ένα αρχείο PST. Φτάνει όμως η στιγμή που θέλουμε να κάνουμε Εισαγωγή (Import) του αρχείου PST στο Microsoft Outlook. Οι λόγοι ποικίλουν και είναι οι εξής:

Μπορεί να θελήσουμε να μετακινήσουμε Στοιχεία του Outlook, από έναν υπολογιστή σε έναν άλλο.

Μπορεί να θελήσουμε να μετακινήσουμε Στοιχεία του Outlook, από έναν Λογαριασμό Ηλεκτρονικού Ταχυδρομείου σε έναν άλλο Λογαριασμό.

Μπορεί να θελήσουμε να μετακινήσουμε Στοιχεία του Outlook μεταξύ Τοπικών Φακέλων και IMAP ή Exchange Server. Στα παρακάτω βήματα θα περιγράψω τη διαδικασία Εισαγωγής ενός Αρχείου PST στο Microsoft Outlook (How To Import A PST File into Microsoft Outlook).

How To Import an E-Mail Account, Contacts & Calendar From a .pst File Into Microsoft Outlook?
I have described in a previous post of mine How To Export our Microsoft Outlook Account, with our Contacts List, and Calendar from another instance of Outlook. There comes the time though that we want to Import them to Outlook. The reasons may vary for wanting to do so and which could be:

We might want to move Outlook Items from one computer to another.

We might want to move Outlook Items from one Email Account to another Email Account.

We might want to move Outlook Items between a Local Folder and an IMAP or Exchange Server.

How To Export Your Contacts in Microsoft Outlook?
Ένα από τα πιο σημαντικά πράγματα στη σημερινή εποχή όσον αφορά την τεχνολογία, πιστεύω πώς είναι η Λίστα Επαφών (Contacts List) μας. Κανένας δεν θέλει να χάσει τις Επαφές (Contacts) του. Επαφές (Contacts) που έχουμε συγκεντρώσει με το πέρασμα των χρόνο και που είναι ανεκτίμητης αξίας. Ευτυχώς, έχουμε τη δυνατότητα να Εξάγουμε (Export) τις Επαφές (Contacts) μας από το Microsoft Outlook, έτσι ώστε να έχουμε ένα αντίγραφο από αυτά αποθηκευμένα ως ένα Αρχείο (File) CSV ή άλλο τύπου Αρχείου (File). Μπορούμε να το κρατήσουμε σαν ένα αντίγραφο των Επαφών (Contacts) μας, ή να το Εισάγουμε (Import) σε άλλο Λογαριασμό Ηλεκτρονικού Ταχυδρομείου (Email Account).

How To Export Your Contacts From Microsoft Outlook?
One of the most important things in now days when it comes to technology, I believe is our Contacts List. No one wants to lose their Contacts. Contacts that we have gathered throughout the years and that are important to us. Thankfully, we can Export our Contacts from Microsoft Outlook so we can have a copy of them saved as a CSV File or any other File Type. We can either keep that file as a backup of our Contacts or Import them to another Email Account.

Στις τωρινές ημέρες, όλη η Ηλεκτρονική μας Αλληλογραφία (Mail) αποθηκεύεται στο «Σύννεφο», όπου και μπορούμε να έχουμε πρόσβαση από παντού και όποτε θελήσουμε. Αυτές οι υπηρεσίες όμως αποθήκευσης έχουν και θέματα ορίου αποθήκευσης. Τι γίνεται όμως όταν γεμίσει και θα πρέπει να απελευθερώσουμε χώρο και δεν θέλουμε να χάσουμε τίποτα; Ευτυχώς υπάρχει η λύση, και η οποία είναι η διαδικασία δημιουργίας Αντιγράφου Ασφαλείας για τα Μηνύματά (Messages) μας, για τις Επαφές (Contacts) μας και το Ημερολόγιο (Contacts) μας, στον υπολογιστή μας σαν Αρχείο (File) PST.
Τι είναι όμως ένα Αρχείο (File) PST; Είναι μία μορφή αρχείων που προγράμματα του Microsoft χρησιμοποιεί για την αποθήκευση στοιχείων όπως Συμβάντα Ημερολογίου (Calendar Events), Επαφές (Contacts) και Μηνύματα Ηλεκτρονικού Ταχυδρομείου (Email Messages). Τα Αρχεία (Files) PST αποθηκεύονται σε δημοφιλή προγράμματα της Microsoft όπως Microsoft Exchange Client, Windows Messaging, και Microsoft Outlook.

In now days, all our Mail is stored in the Cloud so we can access it from anywhere and anytime. These services have storage limits, however. What happens though, when it is full, and we want to free up some space without losing anything? Thankfully, there is a solution that we can use and it is to Back Up our E-Mail Messages among with our Contacts and Calendar locally on our computer as a .pst File.
What is a PST File though? It is a file format Microsoft programs use to store items like Calendar Events, Contacts, and Email Messages. PST files are stored within popular Microsoft software like Microsoft Exchange Client, Windows Messaging, and Microsoft Outlook.

How To Add Your Gmail E-Mail Account into Microsoft Outlook?
Αρκετοί από εμάς έχουμε διάφορους Λογαριασμούς Ηλεκτρονικού Ταχυδρομείου (Email Accounts) από διαφορετικούς πάροχους. Για να μπορέσουμε να τους χρησιμοποιήσουμε και για να έχουμε πρόσβαση σε αυτά, θα πρέπει να χρησιμοποιήσουμε ένα πρόγραμμα Περιηγητή Ιστού (Web Interface). Για παράδειγμα, το Gmail είναι ένα πάροχος Ηλεκτρονικού Ταχυδρομείου. Μας παρέχει την υπηρεσία αποστολής και λήψης Μηνυμάτων (Email). Το Microsoft Outlook όμως, είναι ένας διαχειριστής πληροφοριών που καλύπτει όλες τις υπηρεσίες που μας παρέχουν οι Πάροχοι Ηλεκτρονικών Μηνυμάτων. Έτσι λοιπόν, το καλύτερο μέρος που μπορούμε να έχουμε συγκεντρωμένα όλες τις Ηλεκτρονικές μας Διευθύνσεις (Email Addresses) και για να έχουμε γρήγορη πρόσβαση σε αυτά είναι το Microsoft Outlook. Η διαδικασία για να προσθέσουμε το Λογαριασμό Gmail στο Microsoft Outlook είναι πολύ απλός.

How To Add Your Gmail Account into Microsoft Outlook?
Many of us have different Email Accounts from different providers. For us to use them, we need to rely on the Web Interface, so that we could access them. For example, Gmail is an Email provider. It provides us the service of sending and receiving Emails. Microsoft Outlook though, is an Email client that consumes the services of all the Email Services providers. So, the best place that we can keep all our Email Addresses from the different providers and to have quick access to them, is Microsoft Outlook. The procedure for adding our Gmail Account into Microsoft Outlook is quite simple.

We must select the File tab to move into Backstage View. Once in Backstage View, from the left we select the Category Info as shown below. Then under the Account Information task pane we select the command Add Account where we can Add An Email Account or Other Connections.
Once the Add Account command is selected, the Outlook dialog box appears as shown below. Under the area named Email Address we can select the drop-down menu to select any Address that we used in the past and we have removed it. If we want to type in a New Address in the text pane, we must activate the command Let Me Set Up My Account Manually, command which is located under the Advanced Options area and then type the Address. Once finished, we select the button Connect to move on.
In the next step, the Advanced Setup dialog box we can configure what sort of an Email Account we want to Add into Microsoft Outlook. The options for now are the following:
Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Exchange, Google, POP, IMAP and Exchange 2013 or Earlier. For this post I am going to select Google, seeing that I am going to add a Gmail Account.
Then the Google dialog box appears, where we must Log In with our Credentials in order to move on with the procedure. In the next image, we type in our Email Address and press the Next button.
Then we must type in our Password and then press the Sign In button to move on to the next step.
Seeing that my Google Account is connected with my mobile phone, we are notified that we have received a Notification, where in this case we must check our phone and then press the I Have Responded From My Phone button.
We then must Verify That It Is Us. Meaning that that we have received a Notification on our Phone where we must select the same number that appears on the Outlook Setup dialog box with the one on our Phone. Once verified, we must select the button I Have Responded From My Phone to move on to the next steps.
In the next step we are notified that Microsoft Apps & Services Wants To Access Your Google Account. This Will Allow Microsoft Apps & Services To: We then have a list of all the authorizations that we are giving Microsoft to connect to.
If we scroll down to the bottom of this dialog box and after we have read all the authorizations that we are giving to Microsoft, we just press the Allow button at the end, so we can complete the procedure.
We wait for a couple of seconds while Outlook is Adding the Mail that we had entered earlier.
Once finished, we are notified that Outlook has successfully Added the Email Account, which in this case was a Gmail Account. In the image below, we can see all the different Email Accounts that I have added into Microsoft Outlook.
All my Email Accounts in One Place, which in this case is Microsoft Outlook. I can easily switch from one Account to Another to check the Mail. I can select an Email Account and send the Mail from that Account among with other tasks.
