Ένα νέο χαρακτηριστικό συμπεριλαμβάνεται στο Outlook, όπου και μπορούμε να στείλουμε Μηνύματα (Messages) σε έναν Φάκελο Αρχειοθέτησης (Archive Folder). Αφού μετακινήσουμε ένα ή περισσότερα μηνύματα στον Φάκελο Αρχειοθέτησης (Archive Folder), δεν σημαίνει ότι τα διαγράφουμε, αλλά τα αποθηκεύουμε σε ένα μέρος για γρηγορότερη πρόσβαση. Ποια είναι όμως τα πλεονεκτήματα στο να μετακινούμε Αντικείμενα (Items) στον Φάκελο Αρχειοθέτησης (Archive Folder);

Είναι πιο εύκολα να βρούμε Αντικείμενα (Items) που έχουμε Αρχειοθετήσει (Archive) από ότι το Πλαίσιο Αναζήτησης (Search Box).

Τα Αντικείμενα (Items) που έχουμε Αρχειοθετήσει (Archived) είναι διαθέσιμα ακόμα και στα Τηλέφωνά (Phones) μας, και σε άλλες Συσκευές (Devices).

Archive Folder in Microsoft Outlook
A new feature in Outlook is included where we can send Messages to the Archive Folder. Once we move one or more messages to our Archive Folder, it doesn’t mean that we are deleting them, we just store them there in order to find them easier and quicker. What are the benefits though of moving Items to the Archive Folder;

Translate Email in Preferred Language in Outlook 365
Φανταστείτε ότι γνωρίζουμε δύο γλώσσες μόνο που δεν επαρκούν για να κατανοήσουμε ένα Μήνυμα που μόλις έχουμε λάβει στο Outlook; Γνωρίζουμε μόνο την μητρική μας Γλώσσα (Language) και καμία άλλη, και το Μήνυμα (Message) που έχουμε λάβει είναι ύψιστης σημασίας; Τι κάνουμε; Το Πρόσθετο Μετάφρασης της Microsoft (Microsoft Translator Add-In) κάνει την εμφάνισή του στο Microsoft Outlook 365 και αμέσως έχουμε τη δυνατότητα να μεταφράσουμε το μήνυμά μας σε 60 διαφορετικές γλώσσες.
Ένα νέο χαρακτηριστικό έχει καταφθάσει στο Microsoft Outlook 365, το οποίο είναι ότι μπορούμε να κάνουμε Ανάγνωση Μηνυμάτων Στην Επιθυμητή Γλώσσα (Read Email in Our Preffered Language). Τώρα μπορούμε να μεταφράσουμε Μηνύματα Ηλεκτρονικού Ταχυδρομείου (E-Mail Messages) χωρίς να φύγουμε από το Outlook. Το μόνο που πρέπει να κάνουμε είναι να ενεργοποιήσουμε το Πρόσθετο Μεταφραστή (Translator Add-In), και μπορούμε να κάνουμε Μετάφραση (Translate) το Μήνυμα (Message) με ένα μόνο κλικ. Υπάρχουν 60 διαθέσιμες Γλώσσες (Languages) από τις οποίες μπορούμε να επιλέξουμε. Για να ενεργοποιήστε τον Μεταφραστή (Translator), απλώς συνεχίστε να διαβάζετε.

Imagine that we only know two languages, which are not enough to understand a Message that we just received in Outlook; We only know our native Language and not another one, and the Message that we just received is very important; What do we do; This is where the Microsoft Translator Add-In makes its appearance, where we have the opportunity to translate our Message in 60 different languages.
A new feature that has arrived in Microsoft Outlook 365 is that we can now Read Email In Our Preferred Language. Now we can translate the E-Mail Message without leaving Outlook. All we have to do is to turn on the Translator Add-In, and we can Translate the Message with a single click. There are 60 languages available to choose from. Remove Background of Pictures in Office
Στο Microsoft, PowerPoint, Excel και Outlook μπορούμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε την αυτοματοποιημένη κατάργηση φόντου σε μία εικόνα, ή ακόμα να σχεδιάσουμε γραμμές για να υποδείξουμε ποιες περιοχές από το Φόντο Εικόνας (Picture Background) θέλουμε να κρατήσουμε ή να απορρίψουμε. Με τη χρήση της εντολής Κατάργηση Φόντου (Background Removal), τονίζουμε ή επισημαίνουμε το θέμα της εικόνας ή καταργούμε τα σημεία τα οποία μας αποσπούν την προσοχή. Η εντολή Κατάργηση Φόντου (Background Removal) δεν είναι διαθέσιμη για Αρχεία Διανυσματικών Γραφικών (Vector Graphic Files). Για να δούμε πώς η εντολή Κατάργηση Φόντου (Remove Background) λειτουργεί, απλώς συνεχίστε να διαβάζεται.
Στην παρακάτω εικόνα, έχω ανοιχτή την εφαρμογή του Microsoft Word, όπου και έχω εισάγει μία εικόνα στο Έγγραφο (Document). Αφού επιλεγεί η εικόνα, εμφανίζεται το tab Μορφοποίηση (Format) όπου από τα αριστερά της κορδέλας και από την περιοχή που ονομάζεται Προσαρμογή (Adjust) επιλέγουμε την εντολή Κατάργηση Φόντου (Remove Background).

In the image below, I have Microsoft Word running, and I have inserted an image in the Document. Once the image is selected, the Format tab appears where from the left of the ribbon and at the area named Adjust we select the command Remove Background.

Quick Starter Feature in PowerPoint 365
Ένα νέο χαρακτηριστικό κάνει την εμφάνιση του στο PowerPoint 365. Το όνομά του: Γρήγορη Εκκίνηση (Quick Start). Τι κάνει όμως αυτό το χαρακτηριστικό;
Δημιουργεί μία Διάρθρωση (Outline) στο PowerPoint, το οποίο μας βοηθάει να ξεκινήσουμε την αναζήτηση ενός θέματος της επιλογής μας. Το μόνο που χρειάζεται να κάνουμε, είναι να καταχωρίσουμε ένα Θέμα (Topic) και voila, μετά από μερικά ακόμα βήματα, μία Διάρθρωση Παρουσίασης (Presentation Outline) έχει δημιουργηθεί σύμφωνα με όλες τις πληροφορίες τις οποίες έχουμε καταχωρίσει και ανάλογα με τις επιλογές μας.
Το μόνο που χρειάζεται να κάνουμε για να χρησιμοποιήσουμε την Γρήγορη Εκκίνηση (Quick Starter) στο PowerPoint είναι να ακολουθήσετε τα παρακάτω βήματα. Πιστέψτε με, θα πρέπει να συνεχίσετε να διαβάζεται γιατί πρόκειται για ένα καταπληκτικό και χρήσιμο χαρακτηριστικό. Αφού ξεκινήσουμε το PowerPoint, από την Προβολή Backstage (Backstage View), και εκεί που βρίσκονται όλα τα Πρότυπα (Templates) επιλέγουμε τη Γρήγορη Εκκίνηση (Quick Starter) όπως εμφανίζεται και στην παρακάτω εικόνα.
Η Γρήγορη Εκκίνηση (Quick Starter) δημιουργεί μία Διάρθρωση (Outline) για να μας βοηθήσει στο ξεκίνημα αναζήτησης θέματος της επιλογής μας.
Quick Starter Feature in PowerPoint 365
A new feature has arrived in PowerPoint 365. The name is Quick Starter (sort of like Quick Silver). What does it do though?
It builds an Outline in PowerPoint, to help us get started researching a subject of our choice. All we must do, is to enter a Topic, and voila, after a couple of steps an Outline is created according to the information that we have entered and according to our choices.
All you need to do, to use the Quick Starter feature in PowerPoint is to follow the steps below. Believe me, you must continue reading because it is an amazing and useful feature. Once we have PowerPoint running, from Backstage View, and where all the Templates are located we select the Quick Starter one as shown in the image below.
