How To Recall A Message That was Sent in Microsoft Outlook?
Στο Microsoft Outlook έχουμε τη δυνατότητα να κάνουμε Ανάκληση (Recall) Μηνύματος (Message) που έχουμε στείλει, όπου και γίνεται ανάκτηση από το Γραμματοκιβώτιο (Mailbox) των Παραληπτών (Recipients) οι οποίοι δεν το έχουν ανοίξει ακόμα. Μπορούμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε και ένα Μήνυμα (Message) αντικατάστασης εάν το επιθυμούμε. Για να δουλέψει η λειτουργία Ανάκλησης Μηνύματος (Recall Message), οι παραλήπτες και εμείς οι ίδιοι θα πρέπει να είμαστε όλοι στο Microsoft Exchange ή Microsoft 365 και μέσα στον ίδιο οργανισμό.

How To Recall A Message That was Sent in Microsoft Outlook?
In Microsoft Outlook we can Recall a Message that is sent, where it is retrieved from the Mailboxes of the Recipients who haven’t opened it yet. We can also use a substitute Message as a replacement. For the Recall feature to work, the recipients and ourselves must be all on Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft 365 and within the same organization.
