Which Are The Updated Features for Info for our Office Files?
Στις Εφαρμογές του Microsoft Office, οι περισσότερες πληροφορίες που χρειαζόμαστε για το ενεργό Έγγραφο (Document), Βιβλίο Εργασίας (Workbook) ή Παρουσιάσεις (Presentations) είναι διαθέσιμες σε μία θέση. Αυτή η θέση είναι οι Πληροφορίες (Info) της Προβολής (View) Backstage. Σε αυτή τη θέση, έχουμε πρόσβαση σε πληροφορίες σχετικά με τα δικαιώματα, να προετοιμάσουμε το περιεχόμενο για διανομή, και να επαναφέρουμε εάν είναι δυνατόν Αρχεία (File) που δεν έχουμε αποθηκεύσει. Τώρα έχουμε ακόμα περισσότερες εντολές διαθέσιμες για εμάς για να χρησιμοποιήσουμε, και τα οποία θα περιγραφούν στην παρακάτω ανάρτηση. In Microsoft Office applications, most of the information that we need about our actual active Document, Workbook or Presentation are available in one location. This location is the Info pane of the Backstage View. In this location, we can access information about permissions, prepare our content for sharing, recover if possible unsaved Files. Now available are even more commands available for us to use, which will be described in the post below. Just keep on reading to find out how to Upload, Share, Copy Path and even Open the File Location in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Αρκετές φορές, θα δούμε συνημμένα αρχεία κάτω από ένα Μήνυμα (Message) στο Outlook 365. Όταν λάβουμε μία εικόνα ως συνημμένο, θα μπορούμε να τη δούμε στο Κυρίως Σώμα του Μηνύματος (Message Body). Εάν κάνουμε ένα διπλό κλικ πάνω σε ένα Συνημμένο (Message), θα ανοίξει το Συνημμένο (Attachment) ανάλογα με το πρόγραμμα που έχει συσχετιστεί. Τι άλλο μπορούμε να κάνουμε με τα Συνημμένα Αρχεία (Attachment Files); Εάν θέλετε να μάθετε περισσότερα για το πώς μπορείτε να χειριστείτε Συνημμένα (Attachments) στο Outlook 365, απλώς συνεχίστε να διαβάζεται.

Most of the times, we will see attached files under a Message in Outlook 365. When we are receiving pictures as attachments, we will see them in the Message Body. Τι είναι όμως το Docs.com;
Είναι μία online αίθουσα όπου μπορούμε να συγκεντρώσουμε και να δημοσιεύσουμε Έγγραφα του Word, Βιβλία Εργασίας του Excel, Παρουσιάσεις του PowerPoint, Σημειώσεις Του OneNote, Αρχεία PDF. Μπορούμε πολύ εύκολα και απλά να δημοσιεύσουμε τα περιεχόμενά μας, χωρίς καν να φεύγουμε από την εφαρμογή που τρέχουμε. Η διαδικασία διαμοιρασμού αρχείων για τον οποίο ενδιαφερόμαστε είναι πολύ απλή, και τα περιεχόμενά μας δείχνουν εξίσου ωραία σε οποιαδήποτε συσκευή. Για αυτήν την ανάρτηση θα χρησιμοποιήσω τις εφαρμογές του Word, Excel και PowerPoint.
Στην παρακάτω εικόνα, είναι ανοιχτό το Word 2016, όπου και έχω επιλέξει το tab Αρχείο (File) για να περάσω σε προβολή backstage. Αφού έχω μεταφερθεί σε προβολή backstage, από τα αριστερά του πτυσσόμενου μενού έχω επιλέξει την εντολή Δημοσίευση (Publish). Στο μέσο του πτυσσόμενου μενού υπάρχει μόνο διαθέσιμη η εντολή Δημοσίευση στο Docs.com (Publish to Docs.com).

What is Docs.com?
It is an online showroom where we able to collect and publish Word Documents, Excel Workbooks, PowerPoint Presentations, OneNote Notebooks, PDF Files. We can easily publish our content directly without even needed to leave our application. It makes it easy for us to share with others what we are interested in, and our content will look great on any device. For this post, I will use as examples Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
In the image below, I have the Word 2016 application running, and then I have selected the File tab in order to move in backstage view. Once in backstage view, from the left of the drop down menu the Publish category is selected. In Word 2016 we have the only option to publish our document to Docs.com.
