Search Tools Tab in Outlook 365
Σε προηγούμενη ανάρτησή μου, ανέφερα πώς μπορούμε να Τροποποιήσουμε τις Επιλογές Αναζήτησης (Modify Search Options) στο Outlook 365, έτσι ώστε να έχουμε βοήθεια στην Αναζήτηση (Search) και στον Εντοπισμό (Locate) συγκεκριμένου Μηνύματος (Message). Σε αυτήν την ανάρτηση θα περιγράψω το tab Εργαλεία Αναζήτησης (Search Tools Tab) στο Outlook 365. Απλώς συνεχίστε να διαβάζετε παρακάτω.
Μπορούμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε το χαρακτηριστικό Αναζήτηση (Search) στο Outlook, έτσι ώστε να εντοπίσουμε συγκεκριμένους όρους σε οποιοδήποτε στοιχείο του Outlook. Το χαρακτηριστικό Αναζήτηση (Search) μπορεί να εντοπίσει συγκεκριμένους όρους αναζήτησης σε ένα μήνυμα ή σε ένα αρχείο που έχει επισυναφθεί σε ένα μήνυμα. Όταν καταχωρούμε έναν όρο αναζήτησης στο πλαίσιο Αναζήτησης (Search) που βρίσκεται στο πάνω μέρος των περιεχομένων του μηνύματος, το Outlook φιλτράρει τα στοιχεία, έτσι ώστε να εμφανίσει τα στοιχεία που περιέχουν τα κριτήρια αναζήτησης και θα επισημάνει το κριτήριο αναζήτησης στη λίστα με τα αποτελέσματα.
Το tab Εργαλεία Αναζήτησης (Search Tools) θα εμφανιστεί όταν ενεργοποιήσουμε το Πλαίσιο Αναζήτησης (Search Box) στο Outlook, όπως εμφανίζεται και στην παρακάτω εικόνα. Μπορούμε να καταχωρίσουμε κριτήρια αναζήτησης στο Πλαίσιο Αναζήτησης (Search Box) και να επανελέγξουμε την Αναζήτησή (Search) μας με τη χρήση του tab Εργαλεία Αναζήτησης (Search Tools), εντολές οι οποίες θα περιγραφούν παρακάτω.

In the previous post of mine, I mentioned on how we are able to Modify the Search Options in Outlook 365 in order to provide us with help in order to Search and Locate a certain Message. In the post below I will describe the Search Tools Tab in Outlook 365. Just read below.
We can use the Search feature in Outlook, so we can locate specific terms in any Outlook item. The Search feature can locate search terms in a message or in a file attached to a message. When we enter a search term in the Search box located at the top of the content area, Outlook will filter the items, so it will only display the items that contain the search term and highlight the search term in the list of results.
The Search tool tab will appear when we activate the Search Box in Outlook, as shown in the image below. We can enter search terms into the Search Box and refine our Search by using the commands on the Search tool tab, commands that will be described below.
